True, well kind of - the person who put a temporary (washing out in about 4 - 8 shampoos) colour into my hair didn't she put a perminant (grows out) colour in with out my knowledge, so now I have growth marks
So they need to be filled in, but because my hair is soooo dry and damaged from a perm last year and this dye she put in - I don't want to put another colour in - but the growth marks look terrible.
