I always got my armor the hard way.
The only way I got armor, was buying it. (ex. theirs a guy in al-kalrid that sells platelegs, and a guy in barb. village that sells bodies, and a guy in al-kalrid that sells scimmys)
Thats the only way I got my stuff.
I never knew you could use the grand exchange, or use players lol. (until about combat lvl 30)

I've just realised I had the same problems as most people :o
1. I never traded bank notes, as I thought they were scamming.
2. I got lost at Varrock Castle and couldn't get out :/ So i quit.. (For like 3 hours :P )
3. I always trained attack. I never knew how to switch :( (I eneded up have around 40 attack, 1 str, 1def) until I realised.

When i was a noob, i started out on tutorial island,without knowing how to rotate the camera,so it took me 2 hours to use the dough on the range, and it took me forever to use my net on the pond for shrimp. I was constantly around lumbridge, insulting goblins with emotes as i didn't know how to talk. I tried to buy a rune scimitar for only 1 gp. I figured out how to talk while i was scr3win around with the options, and accidentally reported a random player. I found full black at the dark wizards and i managed to grab it and survive. I went into the wildy wearing my combat set. A white apron black platelegs and a black sword. When i tried to escape, it was to my surprise, the bch shot me from 13 feet away. I found a blue phat without knowing how much it was, and ended up selling it for 1gp to a lvl 138. I reported a guy for helping me, as i thought it for telling jagex about his good deeds. My freind tricked me into scamming, the trimmed armour one too. I actually got something out of it, and iron plateskirt it was, but that player must have been metally retarted, as iron cannot be trimmed. So i logged out with my profit, after being captured by a lvl 73 in rune. I said "Oh poop" and ran like hell with my armour. I explored the wildy with my bestest freind in rs, heyu*boy, and he was lvl 8 at the time. he fell for the wine of zamorak, without knowing it was a trap. I t'would have warned him, if i actually knew what it did. So i passed on his stuff to him after he died and he paid me 0gp. I tried to buy a black scimitar, but i t'was fooled with iron. As my computers colors were crappy, i fell for it with ease. I did hardcore training with the goblins, killing all in my sight. I became level 8 in hopes of killing that rotten highway man. No matter how much i screamed "Stop!" or "Help!" no one came to help, so i lost my beloved wooden shield. I then found a new one, thinking it was the same, and so then i owned the highway man.
A true Noob story. Looking at my post history in 2022 has made me realize I may have had a very minor case of serious brain damage as a kid.

When i was a noob i got killed by a ram
When i became a member on my old account i thought cats were cool.
I remember being whiusked away from the saftey of tutorial island only to see a player killing a man. i was like :o look hes killing that guy.
I remember getting killed by those wizards near varrock. when i was lvl40-ish those mages wouldn't f with me anymore.

Dusk here, back with some more noob stories.

When I was a noob, I tried to wear Goblin Mail.

When I was a noob, I thought Mithril was BEAST.

When I was a noob, I spent hours in the Dwarven Mines mining iron.

When I was a noob, I was disappointed when I completed Romeo and Juliet and only got QP.

When I was a noob, I lost a full set of addy in a pvp world because I went into the safe zone at the last minute and didn't realize I could still be attacked. Thankfully, I had enough money to buy another set.


When I was a member noob, I thought bosses such as the Khazard Warlord and Troll General were hard to defeat. When I finally did those quests (at around lvl 60) I found out otherwise.
