I wanted to smith my own armor instead of buying it. I didn't realize that you would need 99 to get a full set of rune. I gave up on it at like 50 smithing.

When I was a noob I fought a farmer, thinking it would be easy...I died quite quickly.
When I was a noob the sound of a revenant attacking was the scariest thing ever...
When I was a noob I remember longing to get 100 combat for the high-level bounty hunter caves...and dying with full adamant in the level 55- caves.
When was a noob I completed Romeo and Juliet. When the "You have completed the Romeo and Juliet quest!" interface came up, I was like "Yes!! Wait what? NO REWARDS!? (I didn't know what quest points meant) Nowadays I love the plot line of quest, I find it fun...don't care about the rewards much.
When I was a noob I killed Elvarg in three hits...because someone else had come very close to killing her, but had died. Kinda ruined the quest for me.
when i was a noob i remeber losing like full rune i think. i was so upset that i lost all my money! now i can buy a billion sets of rune

Says teh guy with 2251 total.
When I was a noob and I just became a member, I remember going to Brimhaven and attacking a tribesman, thinking I could easily kill him since I was a few levels higher than him. Then I reallized he had poison, and I got poisoned by it. I then ran around the island looking for a bank so I could bank my things before I die, but I died and lost a bunch of my stuff.
