When I was a noob I didn't know how to trade. After I was killed by a goblin with all my tools from Tutorial Island (didn't look for any bank), I tried to buy another axe. "Buying bronze axe 6 gp!" And someone traded me. I right-clicked on another item in my invo thinking there would be a button that would bring up a trade screen, but there wasn't one. The only other option that would separate my char from an item was "drop". "Just drop the axe" I intended to drop the coins as well. The other guy walked away. I didn't know about Bob's Axes or the woodcutting tutor back then. :P

I got a random event and choose wrong option. It teleported me to Draynor Village. I had never gone anywhere besides lumbridge and the cow field near by. I was so scared and lost that I thought my character would die and I'd lose everything.

When I was a noob I clicked on every monster I fought at least a hundred times during the battles (even chickens), I had somehow gotten the impression that you had to click to land each blow, once I almost quit because I felt that training combat in this manner was ridiculous. I dropped my mouse one day and stared in awe as my player kept fighting.
When I was a noob I searched every crate and chest I came across in hopes of finding something valuable.
When I was a noob I didn't realize I had a bank.
When I was a member noob (an experienced player who has just paid for membership) I walked into the wilderness through the green dragons without protection from their breath and died.
When I was a member noob I didn't know the Fremennik province existed for at least a month.
When I was a member noob I didn't train slayer because I didn't know where to start.

When I was a noob on my first account I was doing the romeo and juliet quest and I dropped a quest item when I didn't feel like doing it. Then I abandoned that account all together because I thought that I could never finish the quest after I dropped whatever that thing was.
