Thanks for the rating! Unfortunately we can't make deliveries or contact people in-game on a regular basis, because the forums is separate from in-game. Many signature artists do not even play Runescape they just live on the forums.
I also can't expect my workers to seek out people to tell them that their work is done, all I ask is that they work on this thread. I, however, may inform the customer of the completion of their application if they do not claim it right away.
