Always had a fascination for slugs but one day whilst performing experiments on a slug by exposing one to delta rays, accidentally created a mutated species that had the ability to move 10x the speed of light whilst simultaneously spreading slime all over the universe.

Now serves as a warning/reminder to watch out and report any Delta ray experiments.
