When testing, first post right after the clock moves to another second. The computer clock hits 16:54:00. Post immediately. See what you got. Let's say you get 16:53:57.
Next test. You can edit any post, you don't have to post a new one. The clock hits 16:54:10. Post in the middle of that second, slightly after it changed. See what you got. Let's say 16:54:07.
Last test. The clock hits 16:54:20. Post just before it is about to move to :21. See what you got, let's say 16:54:18.
Now we can see that if you use the computer clock you will post 3 secs too early, or 2 secs if you wait at the time you want before posting.
If, for example, you need a :00 you should post right after it changes to :03 (because "end :02" and "middle :03" should still grant you a :00, this is the best time).
While testing make sure your browser loads normally. If not, ignore the test.
