There's already a game fairly similar to this, but this idea is slightly different. I may post a link to the other one here if I get the other person's permission.
In this game, a player will post an idea for a song parody, by posting one to several lines from said song (Or, if you prefer, just the title). The next player then says "
REJECTED.
", before giving a reason for it being rejected...before posting their own parody! And so on, yadayadyada.
The best songs+rejection reasons will be put on the Hall of Infamy. there will be a separate Hall of Infamy for Runescape related ones, since I'm guessing there will be more of those.
For example:

Player 1:
And I said,
Heeyyeeeyyeeeyeyey, heeyyeeyyey,
I said Hey,
Who's logging on?
Player 2:
REJECTED.
The servers are down.
I'm so maxed out,
You already kno-ow,
I'm te-le-porting,
From Varrock to Ardougne
---
etc. (does not have to be Runescape related, it's just these examples are)
