This is the reason that you share your account details with nobody including family. Seeing as they logged in with your account information and set up said botting software, how is Jagex to know that you weren't the one to do so yourself. Especially if they logged in from the same location that account typically logs in from. Jagex isn't going to return the account just because people say they weren't in control of it at the time especially when alot of appeals on the forums claim that it was their siblings that did it.

The answer to that is well you were supposed to keep your account details safe and not share them with anyone including your sibling. Sorry to say the account will probably remain banned.

Also hijacking someone elses thread to make an appeal doesn't help your situation at all.
