It really depends on how one defines "rare", my dear. See, your helmet from Daemonheim could be the most rare, since no-one can take it out of the dungeons and so it is essentially 'destroyed' until more are created via the Smithing skill. However, if you are looking for holiday items or such entities that are stashed in meagre quantities, or something that was available for a small period in time and then made redundant, it could be that. It could even be a new item that few have, like the Dungeoneering master cape. No-one outside of Big Jaggers's headquarters can really know without a search program. So effectively, there is no correct answer. Find a new brainteaser to tickle us with? :p
