Rarest item I would say is a RC cape! :) It still counts as an item!

Background info: Rainbows are created by sunlight passing through excess water in the atmosphere (after rains) and the light breaks down into it's component colors. Some of the colors blend together to give what you see as the secondary colors of the color wheel.
Question: You see a rainbow in the sky, where must the sun be at for you to see the rainbow?

Who is the rarest god in rs? Bob the cat? NO! He is often seen. Bob's alternate version (Evil Bob)? NO! He lives in SCAPERUNE, not RuneScape. Brassica Prime? NO!
