... However, as you are about to search it, the crate opens by itself and jumps out at you. It appears to be alive, its eyes resembling that of a predator, ready to strike its prey. You hastily back away, right into a tree you are fairly certain was not there before. You find yourself surrounded by trees, with no obvious way of getting out. Where did these mysterious trees come from? They certainly don't look natural.
The crate menacingly makes its way towards you. Panicking, you desperately search for some sort of escape route. It does not look like it would be possible to climb the trees; the foilage overhead is far too dense. There is a gap in the trees behind the crate, however the space in the circle of trees is quite tight, so you don't think you could run around the crate. Your only option would be to attempt to jump over the crate and outrun it, which would not be an easy task, considering how low the branches are.
Time is ticking. The crate is drawing closer towards you. Your heart is pounding. In just a few seconds, your time will be up. You take a deep breath and proceed to leap over the crate, almost in a diving motion, with your head low in order to avoid hitting the branches above. Finishing with a roll across the muddy ground, you manage to escape the enclosed space. However, it is not over yet.
You sprint across the forest, skillfully avoiding trees, until you are out of breath. The crate is nowhere in sight. You sit down on a nearby log and breathe a sigh of relief. You did it.
... You wake up, bolt upright. You are in your bed. It is 4 AM. Was that just a dream, you think to yourself, or was it something more? You are not quite sure. It all felt so real.
In the dark room, you spot something familiar-looking. A crate. Not the vicious one from before, it just looks like a normal crate. The sun is beginning to rise, allowing you to just about see it. You slip out of bed and cautiously make your way towards the crate....
