Take the TzTok-Jad, add Nomad's disintegrate attack (the max lp-1 attack), mix in the stong poison from K'ril Tsutsaroth, the unpredictability of the Chaos Elemental, and some of Nex's most powerful moves, then finish off with a touch of Corporeal Beast and Kal'Ger the Warmonger, a 95 Slayer and 130 combat requirement, and one heck of a drop table. What have you got? Well, I guess you could say I'm Nex's daddy (hint: you probably saw me at the end of Temple at Senttisten).
EDIT: But if I have to choose one actual attackable monster in the game, I'd say Nomad.
