I actually found it, so I'm not too sure what the code is. Somebody had been using it to un-censor a Jagex email address in their post. I thought they were just using the alt space but when I put it into note-pad it looked weird. O_o

Aww I was hoping the squares would be invisible.

They are invisible on Chrome and IE at least. Hmmm.

This sort of thing has long been a mystery that I've been trying to solve, but to no avail. Every now and then a strange symbol will appear on the Runescape forums. I have seen about 4. There was a music note, a triple space, something else, and now this. There are no alt codes for these symbols they just appear. They are only viewable on GC and IE, every other browser shows them as a box. Very weird.
