Hmm,depends:
If I can make money after this deal with the new 99 in all skills yes,I could easily make money with the 99 skills.So deal.
But if I have to play Runescape without any money or items,the skills would be useless,so no deal.

Free Runescape membership for life but you must have a group of wild monkeys screaming at you 24/7,even while you sleep.
