might i make a suggestion
to hold your breath for long amounts of time
1: practice
2: before holding your breath take long, slow, deep breaths to slow your heart rate and thus bloodflow lowering your oxygen use
3: NEVER lift your shoulders, that focuses the air into the top of your lungs, rather, imagine you fill the from the bottom to top, completely
4: move as little as possible, it keeps your heart rate down
5: stay calm, and in a quiet place
6: be careful, you can slow your heart rate so much that you pass out, trust me, i nearly did a number of times before
