I head over to the grand exchange with all necessary runes, as well as a relicym's balm. I grind up some of the runes and mix them with the balm, and drink it, giving me immunity to transmutation. I cast self-alchemy and, since i am immune to transmutation, do not change. Instead, everyone else in the GE is hit by my spell, and turns into a pile of coins wearing the armor they were wearing!
