Hi King,
since I do not own this thread I have to reference the rules and try to interpret them as accurately as possible.
"1. DO NOT EDIT YOUR SIGNATURE/LOGO/HEADER or any artwork! Bring it back to us and TELL US if you need anything changed. (Text in headers ONLY is OK)"
You asked Ruby if you could put the qfc link in, and she responded negatively. You should respect her decision, and not edit it yourself.
"• No QFCs for threads."
The rules may be a bit outdated here, but I have to assume that the no QFC rule applies to hyperlinks as they serve the same purpose. They can both be distracting, and may be considered thread derailment.
Of course, I do not make the final decisions, so if you want to, you can wait for fyre to decide. Alternatively you could try contacting her on the DFS facebook page. Sorry for being a meanie, but that's just how I see it.

Hmm... Well for the first rule, I interpreted it as dont edit the ascii stuff. All I did was put a link in.
I dont understand why the second rule is in place! The whole point of the siggy was that it would serve as my clan signature. So that when they click on clan name they are linked to the recruitment thread!

Is it possible to create the signature as a template so if one of my clanmates comes they can just edit in relevant details?
Sorry, but as rule 1 states, you may not edit art from here. The only exception is text in headers, and as it is not a header, I'm afraid your clannies cannot edit the text unless they/you come back here and request it:

No I meant that if I came back again with a different name to be added, could I use that template?
Who created your order?: Ruby Inferno
Was your art up to your expectations?: as always
Would you come back again?: yes
Would you refer us to a friend?: yes
Was it a Signature, Logo or a Header?: a Sig.
Is there anything we can do differently next time?: nope
Overall satisfaction (??/10): 10/10.

Sure, that would technically count as a signature change request, so that is absolutely fine as long as you don't actually edit the signature yourself.
