That artwork is most likely a product of Fyre Fenixx. I rarely use spaces between symbols because my style focuses on tighter curves and strike-throughs. Long story short, I don't recognize it as my work so I'm going to assume with other people that it is Fyre's.

Thank you for your concern, but I have been informed on numerous occasions by both Jagex Moderators and Forum Moderators that the ban list may remain on the front page so long as we do not list the reasons for the bans.
Our ban list is not to name-and-shame anyone but is to inform those that are 'banned' that they are not allowed to post on this thread or request our signature service as they have done something in the past to lead us to refuse them our services(which, as our rules state we retain the right to deny service to anyone who we deem is being a pain or derailing). It is also used as a way to prove to moderators that a person has indeed been banned when we have to report them for flaming or derailing. Once again, thank you for your concern

Many have posed the same question as you in the past, but Devils Fyre Signatures has never been moved as Forum Games is the best fit for our signature company. Several Jagex Moderators have also put ASCII art under the category of 'forum games'.
