Shouldn't the player actually play in the games forum?? It's not a game if the person does not play, nor even enter the games forum. Is there a rule with this? If not should there be one? 2017 is the last time this person chosen in this particular game was in the RSOF forums (not including special forums). Games I believe should be for those that use this forum and have used it recently.
