We have discussed it and do not find that this game breaks the forum rules. The restrictions on ASCII art is to limit it from creating spam on the forums.
We found that this game provides players with a more difficult challenge than the typical counting games. With that said, we will allow this thread to stay open.
Please remember that the rules still apply and other forms of ASCII art is not allowed besides the number counting that has been approved. I would suggest not making the numbers too large so that it won't be considered spam and result in a lock.
