With each post, look at your time in seconds.
Reduce the life point total by the number of seconds.

Example:
Post 1 at 12:34:50
Lifepoints 49,950

Post 2 at 12:45:05
Lifepoints at 49,945

Post 3 at 13:11:15
Life points at 49,930
and so on.
