Woops, this is slightly out of order, but this was my first attempt at the grad project at RSA. Around the beginning of September 2010. I received approximately a 78%.

You point this out, and deny the application until the customer changes it. Unfortunately; the customer takes this the wrong way and becomes rather belligerent. Dissatisfied with the service, he fills out an application at a different company, which happens to be the other company you work at. (He filled out this new application properly)
What is the BEST action to take?
