You know, I'm sure because I don't post on every thread that has to do with signatures, I probably appear like some uppity witch who thinks she's too good for everyone else.
That's not the case.
I refuse to be a part of the community because of what I see everyday with signature artists: Big egos clashing.
I have not read one thread where artists aren't fighting amongst themselves (or talking about someone else) over who's better, who thinks they're hot stuff, who they don't like, who created what first. I don't need to be a part of some high school teenage drama gossip world, been there done that when I was in school, so I don't join in. I try very hard to keep my nose out of what doesn't concern me, and yet my name gets dragged in anyways.
I don't feel the need to air my dirty laundry on the forums for all to see and comment on. This kind of thing will stay off our signature company thread. You guys wanna argue and moan, do it in game where no one else can see it.
I have nothing against anyone. If you don't like me, I can live with it. If you don't like Dare, his life will go on. But, Dare (as a teacher with the RSA) should be respected in that capacity in that thread regardless of your personal feelings or not. You should also give our signature company thread the same courtesy as we have yours. We don't run to your threads and badmouth, argue, etc, everytime we have our boxers in a bunch.
This is why I am not a bigger part of the signature community. If that makes me a witch, so be it. At least I'm not an scene causing witch.
I will be in game for a short bit. If anyone wants to talk calmly, that's fine with me.
