But doesn't camouflage mean you're blending into your surroundings(hiding)?

Side note, finished the arc journal, but can't Hakase won't give me her reward. Keeps saying do all tasks in arc and buy all tier unlocks. But done all minis, claimed all lamps for each section of journal, and got everything but bone crusher and one of the div overrides bought. They wouldn't be counting the bone crusher upgrade as a tier item would they?
