A matter of perspective on rules.
Some people will insult, flame, troll. But if you try to silence them, they will cry out violation of free speech. Even tho it is disruptive.
Some, they say or do something is clearly against the rules (naming another player for example). Even though they think they are trying to do the right thing, they are still going against rules.
In some cases, you have someone who simply posts something in the wrong place.
Some people just have anything against authority, regardless of how leniently it is applied.
The forums are for fun, ideas, and discussion.
Not for getting into a screaming match over something that has now become personal.
While I say that last part, my attitude towards the forums is that it is unwieldly and they should reduce the number of pages down to like 20.
That alone would get a number of dislikes.
