I would imagine not. Incase it crosses over with the trust trading rule.
However it would maybe depend on how it was structured.

If it was in a way that there is no money/items actually being offered ingame via here and it was more like in a game sense - land on this number/a 5 - get a sword, land on that number/a 10 - lose gp. Similar too but not a rip off of save a ducklings style, if you know what I mean.
Then I would think it would be allowed, but that's just me making a guess.

However it would be nice if a game of that style is of a somewhat original setup in my opinion and not a copy-cat of sorts, plenty of game setup copies as is.

just RS3. The only thing that has interested me in OSRS is rooftop agility, but then RS3 got Hefin, which is almost like being an a roof right? :)

Hefin course is very similar to rooftop style I suppose, you do jump around and across the roof of the prayer stone :) .
