Well, 120 capes actually look pretty nice because it seems like they have this "aura" like the 120 dg cape, so I wouldn't think that they're overrated because 120 capes require a lot of:

1) Time

-or-

2) Money

-or-

3) Both time and money

Of course, it would vary on the 120 that someone is trying to achieve. :P Another thing that I'd like to point out is that rares look significantly better with a high-level cape, such as a 120 cape or max/comp/trim comp cape. :P

warning i kinda just got a rant going here. but i kept it as sort as i could
2 years ago i was able to get a 120 every other week for 4 months straight up til i quit. at that point i thought 120s were already easy. since then the xp rates on almost all skills have doubled with super afk versions of the old methods of training. on top of that ive seen pay 2 win xp promos every couple weeks along with tons of pay 2 win skill outfits and tons of other things pumping massive amounts of 0 effort xp into the game

so to me 120s have no value anymore. and even playing legit and not using pay 2 win promos and things like alts for RaF i dont see the accomplishment behind afking something for a week

anyway i can rant for ages on this and i know im just a salty noob playing the wrong game at this point
