Well, those are faster xp, but you can't afk them and you have a low chance of catching them, as well as getting the usual "what are you doing in my pockets *punches*" message.

Well, I would, but it only gives me a "pickpocket" option and whenever I try to pickpocket them, the guards try to attack me.
