Ohhh sorry, I didn't know there were 99 capes/max cape on OSRS haha. The more you know
Weird they've added all this content that isn't very old.. Seems like it's defeating the point of what OSRS should be? *Shrugs*
I agree it should be banned also, it's def op.. It's almost like a mini bot because it tells you all of this information that you wouldn't be able to know without going to specific places to find out (like when your farm patches are diseased).. I reckon if something like this came out for RS3 that it'd be banned so fast..
