I dislocated my left knee in July, so I've been attending physiotherapy sessions every couple of weeks now to bring strength back into my knee. I just have trouble kneeling at the moment, so I'll need to fix that.
I usually dislike the sessions because other health problems make it very difficult on me. But today was kind of nice - involved lots of jogging, must say that was relaxing.
And I think I've kind of made friends with my trainer after a few sessions together, lol.
