were you the one responsible for all the locked duplicate posts on this or that? yeah and it happened again in off topic and I was the culprit - nothing out of the ordinary, like I thought - it was my forearm leaning on the enter button, bottom right of key board while I was manoeuvring the mouse, which was at the right, above the key board - very squished area... So I have to be very careful!
