41 hours until 120 Ranged!
*is baffled by how much you know about the mechanics of runescape*
Full perni*, amulet of souls (can be switched out for a demon horn necklace + bone crusher), ring of vigour, barrows gloves, noxious longbow + arrows, pack yak, supreme overloads + super prayer renewals (4 of each), Soul Split + Anguish.
Fastest instance with using Death's Swiftness every kill.
~420k xp an hour (840k xp since I stay for 2 hours).
16,489,613 xp until 120 ranged (104,273,167 xp).
16,489,613 xp left/420,000 xp per hour = 39.26098333 (so about 39 hours of killing kree'arra). Pretty much fast xp without spending a lot of money (chinning for example).
If you don't have Death's Swiftness or Soul Split/Anguish it's not a really efficient way to train Ranged because you'll take too much damage. If you don't have either of these it's better to just do slayer until you have the money to buy Soul Split/Anguish and do The World Wakes.
E: You only need at least a level 80 ranged weapon (though a level 90 weapon would be better for faster kills) and at least level 70 gear (though you may take a lot more damage) and an enhanced Excalibur from the Seer's village hard task set (though it would be advised to do the Elite task set for a bigger boost with healing).

Yeah, camping Kree for 120 Ranged was what I was planning to do before I decided to start playing OSRS. Exact same setup except with full Serenic/dual ascensions and ascension grips but pretty much the same results. Maybe slightly more kills /trip

From what I've noticed 80 defence and perni* is enough to stay full health with my setup, so I believe that it's not really worth using sirenic unless you're basically looking to get that little extra damage, but ascensions and noxious longbow are pretty much the same.
@Twillow you're welcome and I hope that you'll look into the different options and find which one is best for you.
