It could be potentially the best ring in the game depending on the situation. It does not require any quests, but to make one you need to purchase an incomplete hydrix from Death for 300 reaper points (takes about a month of saving up points if you can only get one task per day). You could also choose to buy one from G.E., but hydrix pieces are 40M+ atm.

If you would want any hydrix pieces they would be amulet of souls (buffs soul split A LOT) and Ring of Death (gain adrenaline from killing enemies + saves you from death if you die for a 15% degrade on the ring). The only problem is that

if you let it reach 0% it degrades to dust and you get nothing back and it becomes untradeable once you equip it aka stuck with you forever.

E: Another ring that you may look into is the ring of vigour.

Every time you use an ultimate ability (such as sunshine/death's swiftness) you save 10% adrenaline

, which allows you to use 4 threshold abilities instead of 3 in the amount of time you have with them. Costs 50k dungeoneering tokens.

So if you plan on getting both, I would recommend switching to the ring of vigour before using an ultimate ability then switch back to the Ring of Death.
