Sorry to hear about your account. However, there is very little that can be done about this on the forums. You will need to submit an appeal so that it can be looked into by Jagex. If you don’t have the option, then unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to change the status of your account.

Lamento escuchar de el estatus de tu cuenta. Lamentablemente, no hay mucho que se puede hacer sobre ese caso en el foro. Tienes que apelar la suspensión de la cuenta para que Jagex pueda investigar la ofensa. Si no tienes la opción en apelar, lamentablemente no se puede hacer nada para cambiar el estatus de la cuenta.
