It's no where as painful as when i first mentioned it. But it flares up and sticks around for a while. Its there pretty much everyday all day, but often the pains like a bad sun burn when you move. Still waiting for physio appointment which could take months :/

Yeah, a bit like my stomach. The Doc' said the worry about moving away to do my Masters won't be helping things.

The heartburn is starting to come back, maybe I need the pills again.
