Oh, I've just started back last week. So I'll have a look into it. And is this the reason I never found the loot in my inventory or bank after clan update, do I now have to claim it??
And on another note, my arm is not fixed, it's still very much sore, no where as bad as what it was, but still painful to use. The pain in now just centered in my shoulder, so it's not traveling down my arm or into my neck. It came back this afternoon - I wonder if carrying shopping home triggered it.

Awwh sorry to hear your arm is giving you grief
If you have some sort of non-fully healed injury, carrying something heavy (such as shopping bags) could potentially make it worse
Try and rest it if you can, an ice pack may help if there's any swelling or it's really painful. If it doesn't seem to subside in a few days, it might be worth going to your doctor and getting it checked out
