lassi sounds great. never tried it, but I like to do something similar without blending. might have to give it a go one day tho! feeling inspired now. blended frozen bananas (with a lil almond/other alternative milk) are what a lot of vegans use as a healthy ice cream substitute. usually referred to as 'nice cream' lol. it's great with crushed nuts/ seeds and maybe a couple of berries thrown in

mango is great. but like with a lot of fruit here, only when in season, which is not often :( else they're just pale, bland and sad. unsweetend dried mango can be pretty good to snack on. frozen sounds good. there's a lot of flash-freeze stuff out there. think I tried some once, it had a really cool texture to it

Some new durian cultivars are odorless. I was never able to eat the types that are odor-ful? odorous? stinky lol, but I've had a dessert a couple of times that was made with the odorless ones.

Have seen so many vids on them lol, never found any round here tho. Honestly reckon I could stomach it, and I voluntarily would the first time trying em for the experience. But then I think I’d stick to twillows much more practical approach. The texture defo intrigues me!

Natto (accent symbol isn’t accepted here. Fermented soy beans), however, I’m not so sure about. Wonder if twillow ever encountered it during her time in Japan

Normally with fruit in general I’d agree. But there’s so many different types of apples each with their own tastes & even textures. So yeah like a golden delicious wouldn’t need anything extra. But a nice crispy & sour Granny Smith can be so complementary with something sweet

Yea a lot of apples are already too sweet as is. I like granny smith ones but I wouldn't put honey on them. I usually buy those, golden delicious or honey crisp Old School
