Sure, rerelease the phats too.... and Fally massacre will have been nothing compared to it! i like how osrs rereleases all the previous holiday items whenever you do the current event. personally i dont see any reason to have rares. i think a phat set on osrs is like 8k gp. and people wear them because they like how they look, not because theyre trying to show off
