So.. No doubt, 4-12 hour days, I would also, take 1 day off, and work 4 more 12's...that would give me 10 days off in a row before the next cycle so I could take a break and work my ambulance job and get in two 72 hour shifts...and still have some time off for myself to relax.

Oh that's really a hard choice. On one hand, I love the pitter patter of rain on roofs and the serenity that the cloudy skies bring, I find it very calming; on the other, snow is very quiet, and if I'm not paying attention, it can turn into a very pretty surprise when I look out of the window. Undisturbed snow is beautiful- however, once children, cars, and dogs enter the scene, it becomes too messy and becomes a hassle to clean up, for that reason... rain!
