It swirls in the wind and fall onto a Christmas cracker someone has just bought. The person goes a bit berserk because the cracker is broken and the hat is in half. So, he goes up to the Mysterious Old Man and takes hit Party hat and takes his house. The MOM then wanders Runescape, begging rather than giving people money. Jagex then fires him and you will find him at the end of your stret asking you for spare change.

the arrow goes up really high in the sky, and goes past the sun and becomes a rune fire arrow, and it lands on earth, in Boston, and congratulations shdowwolf, you have just started the fire that burns down Boston.

*goes to bank and gets a bow and arrow, goes OUTSIDE of bank and shoots an arrow but misses the sky and it hits a banker inside the bank* my bad...
*goes and gets another arrow, and shoots an arrow up high*

It lands in lumbridge and kills the lumbridge tutor (haha! serves him right for telling me what to do!)
