It hits a guard in fally starting the #2nd fally massacre in rs history.

it strikes Jad and owns him. that obby guy appears outa no where and awards you fire cape!.
but thats not all! lets say your a lvl 3 new player who is ranging rats with his bow on toturial island. Man how much confusion would that cause O_o

The last time this incident happened, it was a player called Vannaka and now hes too good to wear the cape but hangs around toturial island to brag all day to the new players
