Hits a bird. The bird falls from the sky and is quickly attacked by cats. The cats are chased away by dogs who all (simultaneously) contract the rabies virus and go mad, attacking the 'society for the rich, party hat wearing and owners of multiple Christmas crackers', as they were randomly holding the entire contents of their banks. In the resulting confusion all members of the society were killed and every Christmas cracker in game was lost. The resulting stampeed of people spread over Gielinor and created 8.75 trillion gp's worth of damage.

it hits a wall of the lummy castle gate thingy and breaks it and bounces, meanwhile you construct a spirit wall as a temporary replacement, the arrow comes back down and smashes that wall into 100000k spirit shards and causes that items to fail in the ge, and because all the merching clans were merching it, all the people who merched that item lost all their money so they all turned into noobs and quit runescape.

it hits a sheep with mad cow dieseise causing it to go on a stampede and all the other sheep follow and everyone on rs where holding their banks and then 1 sheep activates a nuclear explosive and kills rs causing the game to shut down as everyone where permanantly banned by... sheep! It doesent end their though... then the sheeps become real life and end all of the human life and animal life and then the sheep burm the holy bible and kill god.

While airborn, the arrow hits a gnomecopter making it crash. As the gnomecopter is crashing, it hits a chaos elemental in the wilderness dealing 2500 damage. The chaos elemental dies saving a hopeless low level doing a clue scroll. So mostly, I killed a chaos elemental with just one arrow. :D
