The Poison Arrow pub petitions the Supreme Royal Court of Justice of the Kingdom of Kandarin to initiate copyright infringment proceedings against you, citing that your actions infringed unfairly on the sales of their unique skewered kebabs. Because of how unfairly treated they've been the jury (consisting of knights, paladins, guards and petty shopkeepers) whom you've been pickpocketing find you unsurprisingly guilty. All your bank (including your full Dharok) goes over to the Poison Arrow pub, which decorates it with your belongings - while you are administered a potion imported from Arandar which permanently sets your thieving and ranging levels to no greater than 0.
I shoot (another) arrow up high....

The arrow accidentally skewers a chicken in a makeshift cockpit near the Fishing Guild where some archers near Hemenster are gambling. Angered, one of the gamblers grabs the arrow, and shoots Touhou between her shoulderblades.
I retrieve the arrow, and shoot it up into the sky...

It hits a person in the streets of Melbourne, the media overblow it, the news reaches other countries, people from other countries believe Australia is a dangerous place to live, John Brumby (premier of Victoria) hatches some wacked-out scheme to stop crime in Melbourne, the plan fails, the media give up on crimes in the streets, and then decide to blow another small issue out of proportion.

Lands in front of a construction yard with a drill. I tie the arrow to the drill and power it up. The drill goes underground and eventually reaches China. The drill has a sling shot where the arrow is hooked up to and slings it in the air.
