I have had people message me about the puzzle. Overall they said the puzzle is too hard.

My guess is that no one considered "/" meant to divide.

All the information is there. I think if you'd thought about it longer you could've figured it out. To give a more detailed hint:

Hexadecimal to decimal. This gives a number. #/1000/h.

I think no one had considered that "/" can also mean to divide. Once you're done you should round to the nearest whole number, you will notice all of the numbers are a special type of number. To help with h, use the value in J.

After you have these new special numbers. Get the value of the numbers using the most common layout of Keys as a cipher.

You should have words in English that don't make sense. Each row forms an anagram for a word in the infernal tongue. Which in RuneScape is Latin.

Spent a while trying to figure this out, but not knowing the first thing about hexadecimals is a bit of a set back. :( I think I maaaay be making some head way, but I'm stumped by the h.

As for now, my random animal is a walrus.
