Unfortunately due to our (Jagex's) terrible anti-bot program, you are both being banned due to suspicion of use of bots. If you wish, you can PM for questions. Just remember that my private-chat is always off. Otherwise, you can apply for a reinstatement and be rejected with an IP ban. Lastly, you can appeal this ban. Just remember that no one reads those.
