Granted, but you already granted a wish that made veggies unhealthy and cheaper than junk food, so all walmart shoppers resorted to cannibalism after being denied the comforts of saturated fat and having been forced to pay 12 dollars for a stick of celery with no nutrients.

I wish that my room wasn't basically a death-trap junk pile.

Granted, you character will need to click his heels together three times, wiggle his nose and ears every 20 minutes to keep skilling interesting.
