Granted, but everywhere you play, the piano music is considered above the allowed noise pollution level (which is now a felony offense) and thus you are arrested and thrown into jail for 10-30 years.

I wish I could go to jail.

Granted! You are now dragged into rs, and imprisoned on The Rock. You do not have any way of interacting with the game, nor do any of the players have any way to interact with you as you have no options. You now sit there, alone forever in a pixellated prison.

I wish that f2pers could take forum pictures like members. If you only do what you can do, you will never be more than you are now.

You cannot wear it until you achieve 99 in all skills. Attempting to put it on before doing so results in you having all your skills reset to level 1. For every minute its in your inventory, you lose 1 level. If you place it on your cape rack in your POH, it will destroy itself, and the entire room. Infact, the only safe place for it is in your bank.
