Ok, so we left off saying there were THREE key points.
1. Curving
I call it curving, you may call it what you like, many signature makers call it something different.
¸·*°*·¸;.¸-*°'˜'°*'-¸.¸-'(§)'
These curves are what makes up your signature. They give it a shape, and they give it it's own design. This is pretty much your skeleton. You build you curves and add more to it, which I will discuss in the following paragraphs.
2. Shading
Shading is a very important part in signature making. Why you ask me? Shading is what makes the spaces in your curves and gives you that shape. The Runescape Forums does not let you space more than once so we used " ;;;;:::... " to make up for it before we started learning that this would soon be a key point in making a signature with a great design.
2.1 Types of shadings
There are three official types of shading, regular, shaded, and alt-spaced.
Regular - ................
Shaded - ;;;;;;:::::::...........
Alt-Spaced - Can't exactly show you this... plus I don't have a browser that can do alt-spaced, only certain browsers can.
3. Symmetry
Symmetry is a major part of most signatures, some are made with out symmetry, but the majority are made with it.
The easiest way to make you signature symmetrical is to make half of the signature. NOT INCLUDING TEXT.
Example:
;;;;:::.¸•'°°'•›¸:;;¸‹•'°°'•¸•,¸•''°°''•¸;:
¸•°´¨`”°•›„¸¸„•''•„¸¸¸.„‹°..;°›,¸¸.‹ˆ
°›,¸::.. ..:::;;ˆ›.„¸¸¸„‹°,¸¸.ˆ:::..ˆ›.„¸¸„
You make half of it. Then you add the text and the different add ons. REMEMBER YOU MUST HAVE THE TEXT CENTERED TO FOR SYMMETRY TO WORK. Without the text centered it will not work.
