Nope, it's #1. I am longsighted in one eye, and shortsighted in the other. Everyone thinks they balance eachother out, but it's the complete opposite. When I am not wearing my glasses, everything looks fuzzy. For long distances I can see the fuzziness from my shortsighted eye, and for short distances it's the same but with my longsighted eye.
